11. The author undertakes to compensate the site for any damage or loss that may be caused to the site in connection with the violation by the author of his obligations to comply with copyright or other legitimate interests of third parties.
12. The site has the right to change or supplement these rules at any time without prior notice to users. Users are obliged to independently monitor the relevance of these rules and comply with them.
